Urban Plastic continues to strengthen its presence in the global market with another successful export—this time delivering 75 rolls of Non-Woven Geotextile to a sound insulation factory in Malaysia. This marks the third shipment to the same client, highlighting the trust and strong partnership built through high-quality materials and reliable service.
Shipment Details: Non-Woven Geotextile for Shockpad Production
For this order, Urban Plastic supplied two size variations of Non-Woven Geotextile, totaling 75 rolls:
- 35 rolls of 150 gsm Non-Woven Geotextile, sized 1.95m x 100m
- 40 rolls of 150 gsm Non-Woven Geotextile, sized 1.15m x 100m
All products were carefully packed according to export standards and loaded into containers to ensure safe transit. The geotextile materials are intended for use in shockpad manufacturing—a key component in sound insulation systems.
In case you’re unfamiliar, shockpads act as cushioning layers that help absorb sound and vibration. They’re commonly used in industrial spaces and production areas to reduce noise and create a more comfortable environment.
Urban Plastic’s 150 gsm Non-Woven Geotextile is known for its outstanding performance. It offers strong tensile strength, stable permeability, and excellent durability under humidity and pressure—making it a go-to material for high-performance shockpad applications.
Stuffing Process & Container Departure Timeline
The stuffing process (container loading) was carried out on April 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Urban Plastic’s factory in Tangerang, Indonesia. All rolls were loaded with care, following strict procedures to protect product integrity during sea transport.
The container was then dispatched from Tanjung Priok Port on April 19, 2025, with an estimated shipping time of six days. It arrived safely at Port Klang, Malaysia on April 25, 2025. All 75 rolls were received in excellent condition, ready to be used in the client’s manufacturing line.
